Çelo is a village boy who was orphaned at the age of two. After becoming an orphan, he is forced to grow up with his cruel uncle and aunt. As he grew older, Çelo struggled to survive as a shepherd, but eventually he could no longer endure his uncle and aunt's cruelty and ran away from home at the age of 14.
